Code of Conduct
This office has a zero tolerance policy regarding violence. Abusive and violent language will not be tolerated, nor will violent or threatening behaviour. This applies to both patients, their families, and other visitors to the office. It also applies to interactions on the phone or during virtual visits. If this behaviour is documented, patients will be discharged from this practice immediately.
Missed Appointments
- 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of any office, Ambulatory Care, or phone visits. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a $35 no-show fee will be charged.
- 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of any endoscopy procedures. If less than 72 hours notice is given, a $100 no-show fee will be charged.
- All phone messages are date and time stamped at the time they are left.
- For virtual phone appointments, please ensure your phone allows for calls from blocked/private numbers. The above Missed Appointment policy applies to virtual phone appointments. Please be ready to speak with the surgeon in a quiet area with good reception.
